What locations do you deliver to?
Countrywide – we deliver to all states in Nigeria. Usually, we will let you know as soon as we receive your order if we are not able to fulfil a delivery to a location because of a logistical issue.
How long will my delivery take?
Typically, most of our deliveries take 3 – 5 days. Ultimately this will depend on the location and the state.
We will try our best to keep you up to date with the delivery of your order via the email address we have for you on our records.
How can I track my delivery?
Just send us an email and we will try to respond to you within 6 hours. Usually, we may need to reach out to our parcel delivery service provider.
When you send us an email, consider providing your order number in the subject of your email – it will help us to deal with your enquiry quickly. You can find your order number in the email we sent to you when you placed your order.
Who will deliver my order?
We work with a number of different courier services to fulfil the delivery of your order.
After you have completed your order, we will send you an email with the details of the carrier that will be fulfilling your order. However, please be aware that we could change the courier at a moments notice.
Will I need to sign for my order?
No signature will be required to take receipt of your delivery.
