How long will my delivery take?

Typically, most of our deliveries take 3 – 5 days. Ultimately this will depend on the location and the state.</p> <p>We will try our best to keep you up to date with the delivery of your order via the email address we have for you on our records.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a number of courier services to fulfil the delivery of your order. After you have completed your order, we will send you an email with the details of the carrier that will be fulfilling your order. However, please be aware that we could change the courier at a moments notice.

Will I need to sign for my order?

No signature will be required to take receipt of your delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

No! For now, we are only able to fulfil deliveries to locations in Nigeria.

Order and Returns

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Yes you are able to cancel your order up until when it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to recall it.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can, although the cost of shipping will have to be covered by yourself. Once we have received the items(s), we will process your refund. Unfortunately, supplements, food or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. To return your order, please send it by mail to 9, Adebayo Ogundokun Street, Carwash, Egbeda Isheri-Idimu, Lagos.

How can I track my order?

After we have received your order, we will usually send you an email to confirm your order. After your order is dispatched, we will also send you another email to let you know. That email will contain the tracking information for your order provided to us by the shipping provider/courier. You can also login to your account on our website to retrieve your order's tracking information.

How can I track my return order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

Not happy with my order, how can I raise a complaint?

We are unhappy that you are unhappy. We take every complaint seriously and endeavour to deal with them as soon as we receive them. To lodge a complaint about your order, please visit the contact us page and complete the form.
